We start with a snapshot of your Metabolic Panel and Bio-Psycho-Social evaluation. We build your online tracking system together.

PLAN

We integrate your Baseline results into your Pivot Point Fitness Plan (PPFP) online tracker and formulate your personal plan for the days and months to come.

TRACK

YOU provide daily updates in the PPF online tracker. We meet weekly by Zoom, Phone Call, or In Person to discuss mindset, improvements, struggles, alternatives, new foods, exercises, supplements, etc.

IMPROVE

We continuously track and record your progress together on a weekly basis. some improvements are big and some are smaller. over time, you will see significant progress through routines that becomes habit!
